How your application data is handled

Private by default. Your email, phone, full address, postcode, training certificate and insurance evidence are visible only to you and to authorised We Will Bake reviewers.

Documents are stored privately and opened through short-lived links. They are never shown on a public profile.

Public details (trading name, general area, skills, introduction, photos and check labels) can only be listed after approval and your separate consent.

Writing help only receives the introduction text you choose to send. No documents, contact details or check information are sent to it.

Food Standards Agency data comes from the official public register at ratings.food.gov.uk.

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it from the Data & support page.
